Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NotionVault (a WellerDeveler product) and purchasing our templates, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Products and Delivery

NotionVault sells digital Notion templates delivered through Gumroad. Upon purchase, you receive a link to duplicate the template into your Notion workspace. Templates are delivered instantly after payment.

License

• Each purchase grants a single-user, personal license to use the template.
• You may modify the template for your personal or professional use.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share the template (or modified versions) as a product.
• For team use, contact us at support@wellerdeveler.com for team licensing.

Payments

All payments are processed by Gumroad. Prices are in USD. By completing a purchase, you agree to Gumroad's terms of service. We do not store your payment information.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of Notion templates (instant access upon purchase), all sales are final. If you experience technical issues with a template, contact us and we will help resolve the problem.

Updates

Purchased templates include lifetime access to updates. When we release an updated version, we will share the new template link via email.

Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, and content are the intellectual property of WellerDeveler. Your purchase grants a license to use, not ownership of the underlying design or structure.

Disclaimer

Templates are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific results from using our templates. NotionVault is not affiliated with Notion Labs, Inc.

Limitation of Liability

WellerDeveler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our templates. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
